The Luncheon of the Boating Party is a wonderful example of how many impressionist and post-impressionist used the visual elements of art. <em>Pierre-Auguste Renoir is the french author who created the piece,</em> born the 25th of  February in 1841, Renoir was a leading painter in the development of the Impressionist style. His work is deeply rooted in celebrating beauty, specifically the feminine one. The Luncheon of the Boating Party was created in 1881 that combines  landscape with figures to show a group of Renoir's friends relaxing on a balcony of a restaurant, alone the Seine in France.
