This question is poorly written because there are actually two correct answers: A. the Industrial Revolution and C. the French Revolution.
Classicism is the era which lasted throughout the 18th century and for a while in the 19th (1750 - 1825). The Industrial Revolution began in 1760 and lasted for many years, and the French Revolution began in 1787, so as you can see, both answers are correct.
