Answer:

B. A mother's conversation with her son reveals that an overdependence on technology suppresses creative thought.

Explanation:

The book "The Machine Stops" is about a future where machines are in charge of every facet of human life.

Two characters in the book Vashti and her son Kuno who are inhabitants of this new world. Kuno somehow manages to get to the surface outside of the influence of the machines and he tells his mother how the surface is and how the machines can't rule them forever.

As the novel goes on, there are different instances of where over-reliance on the machines limits creative thought because the machine does everything for them. Act 2 is important to the dramatic action because it introduces a conflict
zhuklara [117]

This question is about the book "The Wave".

Answer:

C. within the students of the classroom.

Explanation:

Act 2 initiates a conflict between students in the class that Ross is the teacher. This is because the students did a school activity in a very poor and sloppy way, with the exception of two students. This caused a discontent of the teacher who complained to the students, causing a conflict in the classroom.

This moment is important, because Ross reinforces the importance of the organization in all the activities we propose to do. This ties in with Ross' explanation of how the organization of the Nazis was an important factor in the success of his campaigns.
