The answer is C. 275 million

Well over 300 million tyres are scrapped in the United States each year. Issue here is recycling. The very thing we like so much in tyres – tough and durability -  makes them a challenge to recycle. This is not to say that tyres cannot be recycled, it is just a matter of finding the uses of old and used tyres and getting them to a recycler.

Libby wrote an email to her friend. She pressed Shift and the number key 2 together to enter the email address. Which symbol did
exis [7]

When Libby wrote the email to her friend, she typed the '@' symbol. When pressing SHIFT and 2 together, it pastes this aforementioned symbol. However, there isn't any specific name for the symbol. As a matter as fact, there are several names that this symbol goes by.

The most famous name this symbol is called is the "at symbol" or the "at sign". In terms of a formal name, "commercial at" would be a good one.

Here's an example with the symbol:

[email protected]

This is essentially telling the email server where to send your email. From this, they'll know it's located at brainly.com! It's pretty neat.

The function below takes one parameter: a string (date_string) containing a date in the mm/dd/year format. Complete the function
Natalija [7]

Answer:

The solution code is written in Python 3.

  1. def convertDate(date_string):
  2.    date_list = date_string.split("/")
  3.    for i in range(0, len(date_list)):
  4.        date_list[i] = int(date_list[i])
  5.    return date_list
  6. print(convertDate('06/11/1930'))

Explanation:

Firstly, create a function convertDate() with one parameter, <em>date_string</em>. (Line 1).

Next, use the Python string <em>split()</em> method to split the date string into a list of date components (month, day & year) and assign it to variable <em>date_list</em>. (Line 3) In this case, we use "/" as the separator.

However, all the separated date components in the <em>date_list</em> are still a string. We can use for-loop to traverse through each of the element within the list and convert each of them to integer using Python<em> int() </em>function. (Line 5 - 6)

At last return the final date_list as the output (Line 8)

We can test our function as in Line 11. We shall see the output is as follow:

[6, 11, 1930]

Why is it important to send a cover letter with a resume?
Novay_Z [31]
It's important to do so because you want to be sure it looks professional, just like it's important to add a cover to a report. It's also the first look at the resume and gives the overall look of it. It lets the job or employer know the specifics and into the resume talk more of what you do. It's like the overall information page..... Hope this helps.

pashok25 [27]

Answer:

The explanation for this question is describes in the explanation section below.

Explanation:

A palindrome is a number, string, expression or certain character pattern that appears the very same backward as a forward.

Below is an algorithm for the series:

Step 1: Creates an object of generic stack-type of string set.

Step 2: Accept the sequence from those in the user as its entry.

Step 3: Throughout the specified set, disregard the white space.

Step 4: Build an object for the reverse string to be stored.

Step 5: To store the stack into the string, place the object that has come into the stack.

Step 6: Test whether the reversed string equals the initial string.

Step 7: Display the message of success.

Step 8: Display the message of failure when the strings aren't the same.
