Mahatma Gandhi was a transformational leader (meaning that he was a leader who leads by example and empower his followers to make them feel better).

Socrates used the socratic method of leadership( method of leadership is based on the questioning techniques used by Socrates 2500 years ago to instruct by questioning, making his students examine their knowledge base and beliefs).

Martin Luther King Jr. had a transformational leadership style(His steady leadership during the challenging times of the civil rights era was transformational for the people he served, in addition to countless others across nations decades later).

He criticized the cruel conditions where children were forced to work. There were no laws to protect children from unjust labor at the time.  It wasn’t just the factory but the way the children were subject to several kinds of abuse showed some of problems that needed to be resolved during that time in regard to treating kids.
