That means, "Hello! How are you (informal). What is your name?"

When I say informal, I mean like if you are talking to a friend or someone younger than you. When talking to an adult you would say Como esta. Como has an accent on the o and esta has an accent on the a.

Also, tu is an informal way of saying you. You would say Como esta usted when talking to someone formally.
