Answer: a poem can have riddles in it and since that riddle is in a poem it is a part of a poem so it can be a poem and  a riddle at the same time (even know i am in high school i hope i helped you i hope you graduate college keep up the good work -your friend clb  this is probobly going to get deleted but i do not care)
