Sometimes a Migration barrier can also be a trade barrier. The Atlantic Ocean made it difficult for people to travel to the American Continent in the 1500s, the difficulty also made trade impractical. 

Trade Barriers can also be language and cultural differences that make trade difficult. Taxes, tariffs and currency differences can also be trade barriers.
