The different conflict-resolution are accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, and competing, compromising. Collaborating – This is where you partner or pair up with the other party to achieve both of your goals. This is how you break free of the “win-lose” paradigm and seek the “win-win.” This can also mean re-framing the challenge to create a bigger space and room for everybody’s ideas. Voiding – This is when you simply avoid the issue. You aren’t helping the other party reach their goals, and you aren’t assertively pursuing your own.

Which of the following is an example of the concept of majority rule, with minority rights?
Alexxx [7]

Lets go down the line, It could be a so we'll keep that in mind.

Cant be B unless the President hires a more diverse set of press secretaries, so thats a no as the current is Sarah Sanders.

Cant be C as both men are white, and the iraq war has nothing to do with minority rights nor does the fact kerry lost. So C is no.

And D is an absolute no, JFKs death postponed Civil rights if anything, and his assasin was lee harvey oswald a white self described communist, so D is no.

Only option is A, seeing as Obama was the first black president, and none of the other options make any sense.
