Car accidents happen and most of the time its because someone was looking at their phone. Looking at your phone for "2 seconds" is really not 2 seconds and even if it was, a lot can happen in that time frame. Not only looking at your phone while driving is a problem but crossing the street while looking at your phone is a problem.You may be crossing the street when you need to and it might be that one person running the light. What's going to happen when you are glued to your phone? And even worse the driver is also looking at their phone.
