Propaganda means that it is a form of information which is given to the people to influence them about something. The information which is presented through a propaganda may be misleading or may be biased just to influence the thoughts and ideas of the people.

This might be done for a political cause for getting votes by the people and to make them turn towards the politicians. The information presented in the propaganda must not be full and proper and only fulfills the purpose of the speaker.

My interpretation of General Kofi Annan's state is that the importance of globalization cannot be over emphasized.

Education has been simplified. People now attend online classes and this has made learning easier and more flexible.
