Take a deep breath. Know that it is okay to cry but also pick yourself back up. I recommend listening to music and sometimes just calling a friend, get your favorite drink or snack and just try to calm down maybe watch a movie. I also like to take a nap or go to bed and attempt being productive after I wake up. But just remember it will get better and the stress is only temporary!
