Answer:

A). Promotes emotional strength and health, ensuring that people feel supported.

An expressive leader is demonstrated as the leader who lays emphasis on ensuring the harmony of his group and their emotional morale of the members as these leaders believe that the emotional stability of the team plays a vital role in their success. Therefore, such leaders promote the 'emotional strength and health of the members to ensure that they feel supported' that would not let their morale go down so that they could keep their spirits high and reach their desired goal effectively. Therefore, option A is the correct answer.

Trust and transparency are critical to successful and culturally competent research. In the research setting, establishing trust
sineoko [7]

Answer:

There are, at least in broad strokes, two types of research: the main and secondary. And you may choose one or the other, although it is true that they can also be mixed.

The first, that is, the main, constant research of an original work created from scratch, although of course we will always rely on previous premises that triggered our interest in a subject. The second, on the other hand, secondary research, is based on several hypotheses of other experts and creates a conclusion by converging different points on a topic.

You must justify the option of the chosen theme, even if we have previously given it to you. For this point you must take into account the originality, relevance and usefulness of the subject to be treated. An original theme does not have to be something that has not been discussed before, but the originality may consist of a new approach than its contribution. As we saw, either from previous work, or from something you do from scratch.

Once you have the choice of the topic and you are clear about what question you want to answer with your research, the next step is to gather the necessary information to start doing the job.

You can go to the library, the Internet, and much better if you can conduct interviews with experts who can provide valuable information to your research. It is essential that you understand what you are reading so as not to waste time with materials that will not contribute to your task.

Both to choose the material and to conduct the interviews, try to focus on gathering information that responds to the hypothesis of the topic you have chosen; but so that they are contributions that help you to form your own analysis and not making a copy paste from those sources (you must be very careful with plagiarism, or else your research will be canceled).
