Su geografía es muy extensa. Este país es realmente hermoso, dotado de una gran variedad de playas, ríos, bosques, montañas, y otros impresionantes lugares más que asombran.
Sus días festivos más importantes son el 24 de Julio día del Natalicio del Libertador Simón Bolívar y el 17 de Diciembre día de su muerte. Se celebra además carnavales, semana santa, navidades.
