zones below that looks like Colin Jensen posted it, and there are 2 time zones to

left (west) of Texas, (Mountain & Pacific) and one time zone to the right (east) of

Texas called the "eastern time zone". This includes New York, Florida, Michigan,

Tennessee, and the Great Lakes area. There are a lot of populous cities in the

eastern time zone, so from a business perspective it's an important zone.

The entire west coast of California also contains a lot of populous cities, and the

west coast is of course in the PACIFI
