Hello there,

Well in order for us to answer this question we need to define urban development.

  • Urban development would be a system of expansion residentially that helps create cities

So let's think of these large cities, what do they mostly have geography related? These places have...

  • a nice view
  • not a mountain range
  • not a dessert

Basically an essential place for urban development has to be a neutral setting that could allow business as well as urbanization.
