Definelty the last one. The monroe doctrine basically told people europe not to come into the americas. The ablolitionist movement basically helped abolish slavery and the geroge washingtons farewell address basically told people not to become divided into political groups, dont give people three terms and one other thing that I forgot which clearly makes your answer D
