In English, write six to eight sentences comparing cultural aspects of greetings in Spanish-speaking countries with greetings in

your own culture. Use what you learned in the lessons to tell about three differences and three similarities. Please discuss non-verbal greetings and how respect is shown. You may also include verbal greetings, but do not simply translate phrases from one language to another.

I'm Puerto Rican and I can't seem to think of any differences or similarities of greetings from Puerto Rico and Mexico. Could you help me sort out the greeting differences and similarities from Puerto Rico and Mexico??? It doesn't have to be Mexico though, it could be Chile or Dominican Republic. I'm just trying to compare some type of Spanish-speaking greeting to my culture (Puerto Rican).

which verb form best fits this conversation? Fernando: ¿Cómo vas a pagar? Víctor: ____________ pagar con la tarjeta de crédito.
larisa [96]
Quiero is the right answer because Victor is talking in first person, so in english he would be replying with "I want to pay with a credit card." As opposed to saying "we want...or you want...or he wanted" because Fernando asked Victor "how are you going to pay?"
