It can be assumed that Martina would have asked Fatima about her new experience in the club, to which Fatima replied with a smile. Martina offers Fatima to accompany her during the interview. She asks her to click the pictures of the interview. she left the proposal totally on her acceptance. She even didn't pressurize her for anything. This shows the welcoming and friendly nature of Martina towards Fatima.
