The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The differences that Rodriguez points out between immigrants and us citizens are the following.

The first one and most important is the US citizens have their rights granted by the Constitution and that is not the case with immigrants. Make them living in the US more difficult. Then, the adaptation factor. It is so difficult for immigrants to adapt to the United States culture and customs. Immigrants always maintain their former country's traditions.

Richard Rodriguez is an American author with roots in Mexico. In 1982, he wrote "Hunger of Memory: The Education of Richard Rodriguez."

devlian [24]

Answer:

B). A Legal issue shared by a number of cases.

Explanation:

As per the question, option B i.e. 'a legal issue shared by a number of cases' would be the reason for which the supreme court must have chosen the particular case to consider. The common 'legal question' is able to justify the court's consideration despite the various facts as well as local conditions and thus, it absolutely consolidates the similar opinion which promotes the court to consider the case. Therefore, option B is the correct answer.
