Which one of the following is a correct example of the plural possessive case?
andre [41]
You forgot the options!

but let's assume that these could be the options, as posted before

<span>A. stone's throw
B. men's plans
C. it's place
D. women's plans

maybe it will help if i discuss those: A, C, and D are not plural possessive: for this the noun has to be in plural.

In contrast, B: "men"  is a plural noun. This is also the correct option. So for a plural possessive, the noun itself needs to be in plural.

hope this helped! if you want, comment with your options and i will comment back.

Heracles, like most heroes, must enter the underworld. In your opinion, what is the reason for such a task
Solnce55 [7]

Answer:

to save Megg

Explanation:

Hades took Megg's soul and brought it to the underworld, he knew that Hercules would come and try to save Megg. Hades thought that Hercules would not make it trying to save her, so he made a deal with him. (to  be honest, I don't remember the deal). To Hades surprise, Hercules made it alive.  After saving Megg, his next task was to save Olympus and defeat Hades.

Explanation:

"The Tree House" by Jaclyn Einis narrates a mystical journey of a young boy called Billy who falls from a tree house and lands into a place where he meets gnomes.

Billy who had already heard stories about gnomes from his grandfather didn't know what was going on when he actually meets them. However, he remains calm and enjoys their company.

The gnomes gifts him a garland made of dandelion flower and leaves and place it on his head. They advice him to always remain cheerful by saying that life was full of surprises.

Then he suddenly finds himself lying down on the forest ground and that the tree house on the tree top was gone. He returns home confused and puzzled until he finds that the garland was still on his head.
