Resistive electromagnets, which are cheaper and easier to maintain than superconducting magnets and these are far less powerful,use more energy and require a cooling system

  • To determine the epicenter of the earthquakes the scientist study the patterns of the waves and use this method to find the exact location of the earthquakes.
