You could seek cover, or wear protective gear. Foresay: a helment, knee pads, elbow pads, etc.

Doing these things will keep you safe when your in a bad situation.

Putting protective gear, seeking cover will keep you safe from getting badly hurt. Which in most cases can prevent you from getting hurt, not putting anything on can make it eady for you to get hurt.
