The four principles that the United Nations Global Compact for multinational corporations address are Human Rights, Labor Standards, Environment and Anti-Corruption. Within these four broad principles lies ten principles that are forms the main basis. The United Nations Global Compact was at the beginning started with nine principles. The tenth amendment was added by Kofi Annan on 24th of June in the year 2004 at the Global Compact Leaders Summit. This is actually a forum for discussion and not any kind of regulatory instrument.
