This might not end it but talk to ur parents about it or a trusted adult about it. Maybe consider a therapist. Another thing that helps it mediation or mindfulness. Also, working out. You could also find things that make u happy. Maybe take up a new hobby. Just know many people love you and care about you. Don’t take up bad habits. Take care of yourself. Drink water and eat the correct amount. Don’t give up it will get better! Have a great rest of ur day! :)
