Answer:

d. listen to the other person, try to understand the other person, put your position aside, focus on both yours and their needs, compromise

Explanation:

Out of these options, option D is the one that best describes what you should do when you are involved in a conflict. Trying to listen to the other person is always the first step, as this ensures that you understand his position and that you consider the merits of his argument. Therefore, trying to understand is the second step. The third step would be to put your own position aside, and the final two would consist of thinking of both your needs and trying to reach a compromise.

A story with the expression at last we arrived safely
Andrews [41]

Explanation:

Everyone was preparing for the journey.

It was a hectic day at work. But given that all my relatives work at the same office- The Monsoon Inc.- it was a big relief.

The monsoon ministers were going to each individual and giving them instructions of where they had to begin and end their journey.

My parents and I were thankfully given the same starting and ending point.

It might sound funny, but our office was a makeshift one. It was never in the same place. Sometimes it's on a huge cloud, sometimes it's on a small one. Sometimes it's near the sun and sometimes it's near the rainbow.

Anyway, we were all ready to go on our journey now.

My father went first. My mother, next.

It was my turn now. I was petrified. It was my first ever journey as a rain drop.

“Go ahead now! You're going to be fine.” The Monsoon minister consoled me.

I took my first step outside the cloud, and down I went.

It was hard to open my eyes at first. But when I did, there were no familiar faces .

There were stranger drops on leaves, some were falling right beside me, some fell on buildings, some went right on the ground.

Terrified, I looked down on the ground I was about to fall on. Amidst the blurriness, I eventually found my parents waiting for me.

After reaching the ground I let out a sigh of relief. At last, we arrived safely.

All the principal incidents that are woven into the narrative are strictly historical, and are derived from authentic sources, w
Natali [406]

Mrs. J. B. Webb's book "The Pilgrims of New England" contains a quote from the preface. This book most likely contains snippets from primary source materials, based on the introduction.

What does the book include as per the introduction?

According to the preface, the author begins by stating that the major events of the episodes are "strictly historical" and derived from "genuine sources," indicating that the book would most likely contain excerpts from primary source materials.

Primary sources or sources who have firsthand experience are authentic sources. As a result, "excerpts from primary source documents" is the correct answer.
