Effect 1: Overpopulation may occur causing lack of food and water resources, people can recur to fighting for food at the store, job positions will be filled up, living conditions will become more poorly, and there will also be more crowding; this can cause little children to get lost, beaten, kidnapped and briefly manhandled and raped.
Effect 2: People from Florida will be forced to migrate to other states, countries, islands and continents in order to provide for their family members food and water resources as well as jobs
