Fannie Lou Hamer was a community organizer, women's rights and voting activist from America. She was a personality who actively provided leadership to the civil rights movement.

In the year 1962, Hamer came to know about the voting rights provided by the constitution from enlistees at the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee. Accordingly, she directly participated in the civil rights movement and moved to Indianola, Mississippi, with some other activists to register herself to vote. Answer: Sudetenland; Czechoslovakia

The Sudetenland is a historical area of former Czechoslovakia which was inhabited by Sudeten Germans. After WWI, Austria-Hungary was dismembered and the Sudeten Germans found themselves in the new country of Czechoslovakia.

With the rise of Pan-Germanism before and during WWII, Germany claimed the Sudetenland, and annexated it after the Munich Agreement. After the war, Czechoslovakia expelled the Sudeten Germans from their territory, and the area is now almost exclusively inhabited by Czech speakers.
