Concurrent Jurisdiction allows state and federal courts to hear the case.

Explanation:

Concurrent Jurisdiction means the authority to hear  a civil or a criminal case by more than one court. The states courts have the right to hear the case dealt by the federal courts too in US. It can also exist in different levels of state courts, familial courts and other government agencies.
