An Irrational Number is one which cannot be put into rational form (i.e. a fraction)

Pretty much, any decimal that is not in any particular order is irrational. Of this list, <span>√ 8 is the only one that generates a non-repeating decimal, so that is your irrational number.
Hope that helped =)</span>

Irratioinal numbers cannot be written a a fraction as in
a/b where b is not equal 0

irrational numbers also cannot be simplified with  a vinculum
 0.46 is not repeating so thi is not irrational

√(100/3) =√33.333333=5.7735 so this might be irrational

√8=2√2  we know that √2 is irrational so therefor rational times irrational=irraational so this is irratnail

0.88888 has vinculum since it repeats forever

answer is √8 C

Urgent ;<br>if a^3+b^3=11 and a^3-b^3=5, evaluate a^6-b^6
11111nata11111 [884]

Factorize using the difference of squares identity.

a^6 - b^6 = \left(a^3\right)^2 - \left(b^3\right)^2 = \left(a^3 - b^3\right) \left(a^3 + b^3\right)

Then

a^6 - b^6 = 11 \cdot 5 = \boxed{55}
