Plug in the center and radius to the equation below and you can see the equation is (x-3)^2+(y-2)^2=2^2 or (x-3)^2+(y-2)^2=4

Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Step-by-step explanation:

CSA\: of \:cylinder = 2πrh\\TSA\: of\:cylinder = 2πr(r+h)\\By \: conditions,\\2πrh =\frac{2}{3}\times2πr(r+h)\\3h = 2\times(r+h)\\3h = 2r + 2h\\h = 2r\\Also,\\2πr(r+h) = 924\\2\times\frac{22}{7}\times r(r+2r) = 924\\ \frac{44}{7} \times r(3r) = 924 \\ 3r^{2} = 924 \times \frac{7}{44} \\ 3r² = 147\\r²=\frac{147}{3}\\r² = 49\\r=\sqrt{47}\\ r = 7\\h = 2 \times 7 = 14\\hence\:radius=7cm,\:height=14cm\\

Please help math finals!!!What is the equation of the line that has a slope of 14 and goes through the point (8,−3)
katovenus [111]

I'm taking the same final test.

The answer is y= 1/4x - 5

How? Well in this case we are using the formula y= mx + b

Substituting it with the given point (8, -3) and the slope 1/4

it'll look like -3 = 1/4 (8) + b

Next we solve.

-3 = 1/4 (8) + b

-3 = 8/4 + b

-3 = 2 + b

-2 -3 = b

-5 = b

so we now we know that b = -5.

All we have to do is substitute that into the equation to get our final answer (this time, without the point 8,-3).

Our answer in the end is y = 1/4x -5
