My name is asha I am 17 year old. I have two health problems I would like to know what you can recommend me
First one is insomnia problem I can not sleep in night that’s why i felt bad in day time also bad mood and I can’t concentrate at all what could I do ?
My second problem is a little different I have a new friend her name is Gloria I loved go to her house but. When I’m there I start sneezing and coughing and I can’t stop and her house there are a lot off fresh flowers I believe I’m allergic to some of those flowers but I’m don’t know how to tell her I would rather like to visited her more ,but I feel bad. that’s why I prefer no to go
