Louisiana Native American tribes were purchased in the hopes that they would migrate west to create place for settlers migrating west. However, the government's attitude toward Native Americans living there started to sway in favor of evicting them from their homes. Native Americans should be expelled from their ancestral lands because they cannot assimilate into American culture.
