Sorry I'm a bit late but it is called an "executive order" it has the same power and force as a law.
<span>Infants are more likely to hear sounds in a higher register or octave. As a person ages, their ability to hear higher sounds becomes weaker and weaker. As this occurs they are also able to hear lower pitched sounds better.</span>
