With this, the school serves two functions: to educate the children and provide them with a place to hone their skills and to fuel organization's goals in reaching out to people who are in need.
For me, a building's outside appearance (being big or beautiful) doesn't really matter as long as it provides as many functions as possible for the people in the society.
