Answer:

Our ability to use written languages impact us today, because we can actually share our knowledge with others through writing. We have the ability to explain things to people by writing them down and sharing them with others. The more common thing that us kids or teens do is write notes to others, that is an example of how we use it in our daily lives. Without being able to write, we couldn't read, and without reading we couldn't talk. Human knowledge is passed down through generations, by writing, by speaking to one another. Without all of this we wouldn't have been smart enough to survive sickness, the ice age, etc..

Which statement summarizes how Supreme Court justices applied the principle of judicial interpretation in the Tinker v. Des Moin
Alex

Answer:

They expanded the definition of the right to free speech beyond the spoken word

Explanation:

"Tinker v. Des Moines case" was all about the black armbands that a group of students wore as a form of expression in protesting against the war that was happening in Vietnam. They were suspended and this sparked a debate regarding the "freedom of speech" enclosed in the Constitution.

As a result, the right to free speech was properly addressed by the Supreme Court as something that will allow the students to express themselves without affecting the policy of the school.

So, this explains the answer.
