  1. close all schools

      This law is for social reasons. so people are away from people. This law is also for schools, and education faculties.

   2. All food places will have to fulfill orders on line or through the drive trough.

      This law is for social reason so that people are less in contact with people. This is also for businesses.

    3.) All hospitals must have a certain place for people who have the virus or think they have the virus to go.

        This law is for social reasons. So that people who are sick and might have the virus are not in contact with people who are going there say for a broken leg.

For this reason, we can say that the statute formulated by the state of Illinois was not constitutional because it violated a federal clause.
