Young people have gathered in a large group and are holding a protest. They argue that their government is oppressing them and u

nfairly limiting their personal freedom. Though the protesters aren't violent, the mayor of their city decides that they are being too critical of his policies. He orders the police to force them to end their protest. When some protesters resist, the police attack them. Many are killed in the ensuing chaos.
