In my opinion, I think that the third option is best. "I’ve noticed that a lot of our customers request vegetarian options. I’m wondering if this menu will appeal to them."

I’ve noticed that a lot of our customers request vegetarian options. I’m wondering if this menu will appeal to them.

This would be the most respectful way of voicing your concerns. While the server has been asked for her opinion, she is not the boss. It is important that she not speak in a way that is demeaning or demanding. The first option is just wrong because it doesn't actually solve the problem of appealing to vegetarians. The second option is a little too demeaning as it makes the menu seem terrible. The third option is best. It demonstrates the server's knowledge of the client base and allows the owner to come to his own conclusion that there needs to be more vegetarian options.

It really embarrasses me when I meet someone new and that person is really shy and introvert! A month ago a friend of mine introduced his sister to me and she was so quite that she barely spoke.

The problem is, I was very shy as well and I didn’t feel comfortable telling too much about myself. I’d prefer to meet someone who I have less in common with, that is to meet someone who’s very talkative and extrovert so that I would feel more confident in introducing myself and sharing my thoughts.
