Hey there,

Lets first look over what we are given.

For each hotel we are given the price in a set amount of nights.

And we are asked to solve how much it was per night to stay at that hotel.

To solve this we need to divide.

To be more specific we need to divide the total price of a hotel by the amount of nights stayed there.

Lets begin with hotel A.

We can write the equation 192 divided by 3.

Since it was a total of 192 dollars for 3 nights. We can divide this to find out the price per night.

192 divided by 3 = 64

So for hotel A it costs 64 dollars per night.

We do the same thing for the other hotels but things have been changed but we do the same thing.

Divide the total price by the amount of night stayed.

Hotel B:

300 divided by 5 = 60

60 dollars per night for Hotel B.

Hotel C:

455 divided by 7 = 65

65 dollars per night for Hotel C.

I do hope this helps!

nekit [7.7K]

Answer:

Mary earns interest in one year is $88 .

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula

Simple\ interest = \frac{Principle\times rate\times time}{100}

As given

If Mary deposits $275 in principal at an interest rate of 3.2 percent .

Principle = $275

Rate = 3.2%

Time = 1 year

Putting all the values in the formula

Simple\ interest = \frac{275\times 3.2\times 1}{100}

Simple\ interest =\frac{880}{100}

Simple interest = $88

Therefore the Mary earns interest in one year is $88 .
