Reason why video games get you bad grades please make a list

Well... personally it could go either way, Video Games don't intentionally drain to get bad grades specifically. However... I can think of a handful of reasons:

1. You preoccupy yourself with a game, causing your brain to manage and retain information that strays away from schoolwork, in other words causing you to not be able to easily remember your schoolwork from which you suffer in the end.

2. Games cause your mind to basically run wild, although it's good to have your imagination go wild or be active, it can also hinder productivity towards schoolwork causing you to slack off, think of other things, or stop focusing on your work.

3. Games are a fun entertainment source, so... after playing a game your mind may be more fixated on really wanting to return to that game that you again stop focusing or you slack off of work.

4. Final reason I could think of (that's valid) derives from occupation of time. When you play games you use up time that you could be using to productively study and raise your grades.

However, in self-defense solely studying for increasingly more difficult subjects is stressful and games are a way to relinquish that stress and cope with problems.

I hope this helps in someway, have a great rest of your day! ^ ^

Answer:

belief perseverance.

Explanation:

Belief perseverance: In psychology, the term belief perseverance is referred to as a tendency of a person to be clingy on his or her earlier belief instead of receiving a piece of other information that leads to display contradictions or disconfirmations of the person's earlier belief.

An individual who is dealing with belief perseverance holds a thinking-pattern that led him to believe that whatever he or she thinks is true and deny or ignores the evidence.

In the question above, Judy's reaction best illustrates the belief perseverance.

Dmitrij [34]

In the united states, the highest percentage of individuals participate in the electoral process by watching the campaigns on television.

The verifiable patterns in electoral process turnout in the United States official decisions were not entirely settled by the continuous extension of casting ballot rights from the underlying limitation to white male land owners matured 21.

Plus, more seasoned in the early long periods of the country's freedom to all residents matured 18 or more seasoned during the twentieth 100 years. Elector turnout in the United States official races has generally been higher than the turnout for midterm decisions.

Instructive fulfillment is maybe the best indicator of citizen turnout, and in the 2008 political decision, those holding postgraduate educations were multiple times bound to cast a ballot than those with not exactly secondary school training. In the US, the most elevated level of people partakes in the discretionary cycle by watching the missions on TV.
