Iwan Baan is a phothographer that took pictures of the tower of David, a skyscraper  in the downtown of Caracas. The construcction of this building stopped in 1994 due to a financial crisis is Venezuela and the death of the main investor David Brillembourg. The building was abandoned unti 2007 in which squatters took it to make their home. Old people live in the down floors while younger people live in the upper floors. The ocupants have made holes to deal with the heat in Caracas that it is about 26 degrees the whole year and the have made gyms on the roof. They have also electricity and drinkable water.
