Answer:

The original Spanish capital of Honduras was Trujillo.

Explanation:

Under Spanish rule, Trujillo became the capital of Honduras, but it had to alternate that function with the more inland Comayagua, which was better protected against attacks by pirates.

In 1820 Trujillo definitively lost the status of capital. The area had become independent and together with Comayagua, Tegucigalpa was designated as the capital of Honduras.

Is Trujillo one of the choices? That'd be the original.

1- When you translate a figure right or left, it changes the value of which coordinate, the x or the y? 2- When you translate a
Fantom [35]

Answer:

1 and 2 - When you translate a figure to the right or left, you are changing the X coordinate, because the X axis goes right to left (or left to right), making the X coordinate change to a negative or positive. Almost the same with number 2, the Y axis goes up and down, making the figure change to a negative or positive.

3 - (-5, -3) when you reflect over the x axis while in quadrant 2, you then change to quadrant 3.

4 - (-7, -2) when you reflect over the y axis while in quadrant 4, you then change to quadrant 3.

Im pretty sure these are right, but sorry if Im wrong. Hope this helps, good luck! ;)

How does the trench help geologists discover where past earthquakes have occurred?
Usimov [2.4K]
When geologists want to study an active earthquake fault, they often rely on a trenching study. ... They brace the walls, if needed, to prevent cave-ins, then they climb down into the trench and carefully map its walls, looking for signs of past earthquakes and ground movement.
