Answer:

part A: expression 1: 6(8m+2)

          expression 2: 6m+12+42m

Part B: 6(m+2+7m)= 6(8m+2)

combine like terms is 6(m+2+7m), so it is 6(2+8m) or 6(8m+2)

6(8m+2)= 6(8m+2)

Part C: 6m+12+42m=6(m+2+7m)

m=0

6(0+2+7(0))=6(0)+12+42(0)

6(2)= 12

12=12

I need help thanks on both
Masja [62]

Answer:

the answer to the second one is (205 - 15)/2.

Lilly has 110.

Severus has 95.

Step-by-step explanation:

Because 205-15 = 190 so if you divide that by 2 then you will get the amount that Severus had which is 95 meaning that Lilly also has 95 but since she has 15 points higher then she has 110 so 95+110=205.

How to find inflection points from first derivative
Mekhanik [1.2K]

Answer:

For finding the inflection points you'll have to put the first derivative equal to zero and solve for x. After you've done that, you can plug in the x you've just found into the original function and find also the y, so you'll find the ordered pair (x,y) of the inflection point(s).

Divide 7 on both sides

\sf{ \frac{7 \times a}{7} = \frac{31}{7}}

\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\huge{\sf{a =  \frac{31}{7}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
