D.) Southern states rejoined the Union
The reconstruction era also allowed African Americans to gain education in the South, however, i dont think there were a lot of African Americans being able to achieve and keep equal rights. The Freed slaves also still was given prejudice, and it will be a wonder if they even go jobs in the South. The southern economy also grew slowly, as most of their lands were destroyed, and they had to rebuild.

Coolidge followed a laissez-faire economic policy, whereby the government doesn't interfere in the national economy unless absolutely necessary, and even then its actions should be limited to gentle nudges to get the economy back on track rather than large scale intervention.
So, Coolidge's attitude toward business was 'if it's not broken, don't fix it' - leave business alone to prosper.
