To negate a sentence you place ne...pas around the verb. The verb here starts with an "a" so we use n' instead. The answer would be "Je n'achète pas du fromage."
Plucking parts off a bird. Like the neck, beak, and head. "Je te plumerais" means, I will pluck you.
