Which then causes more blood into your legs and feet. If you were to stop after a while of exercising your heart rate slows down and blood can pool into your lower body which could cause you to possibly faint.

Actually cell can get big but they are smart enough to stay small and live off lots of small food, and there isn't enough food for them to live off of (if this is wrong i apologize)
