Landlocked countries are sovereignty state or territory that are totally enclosed by land .Landlocked countries have no territory that have access to the sea. This countries have no territory connected to the  ocean.

There are about 23 officially independent countries in North America .North America is surrounded by Atlantic ocean from the east and arctic ocean from the north . It  is also surrounded by pacific ocean from the west and south. The continents have access to sea including it countries.

Oceania continents have about 14 recognize countries. The continents is surrounded by Southern, Indian and Pacific Oceans. All the countries in this continent have access to the sea.
