History

Answer:

By 1786, defects in the post-Revolutionary War Articles of Confederation were apparent, such as the lack of central authority over foreign and domestic commerce. Congress endorsed a plan to draft a new constitution, and on May 25, 1787, the Constitutional Convention convened at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

Explanation:

But it took until June 21, 1788 for the document to be adopted when New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify the Constitution. The Constitutional Convention, convened by Congress to address the flaws of the Articles of Confederation, had crafted an entirely new framework for governance the previous September.

HELP NOW!!! Identify one positive affect for immigrants and one negative effect for immigrants
olasank [31]
A good thing is that an immigrant can move forward with a lot of effort after he becomes legal, and if the immigrant is not a legal person, fierce in his country, then it can harm his life and that of his family and would have very few rights and it would be super unfair what I would do.

What beliefs about government did early English colonist bring to America
slega [8]
They brought with him beliefs mirroring those of the Enlightenment. They believed that government should protect citizens' natural human rights, and listen to their needs. They also believed that if a government failed to protect its people and their rights, then citizens have the right to abolish that government.
Many of the beliefs about government in the colonies were reflected from Enlightenment leaders, such as John Locke.
