Answer:

B). To persuade readers that plastic bags negatively affect people and the environment.

Explanation:

Editorial cartoons are the graphic or visual expressions of the ideas or perspectives(of the creator) regarding the political or social issues and public figures. Such cartoons primarily intend to present a commentary and satirize their follies using humor, irony, or exaggeration.

In the given editorial, the cartoonist's purpose is 'to persuade the readers that plastic bags negatively affect people and the environment.' It reveals the creator's opinion of the harm caused by these bags to people as well as mother nature which is graphically expressed through the cartoon. This assists in offering a visual presentation through which the audience would be able to connect and display the intended response(prevent the use of plastic bags). Hence, option B is the correct answer.

Can u help I’m wanna finish :(
Lelu [443]
I believe this is primary source

If the source is like a artifact, a diary, journals, speeches, memoirs, autobiographies or anything that was created by the witness of the event like for instance, a personal narrative
(Sorry this is the best I can explain a primary source, an example would be the diary of anne frank)

If the source is a interpretation version or a work that analyzes a event it would be considered secondary source
(An example would be “A book about the holocaust” because the author wasn’t there to witness the event, the author is just writing a biography on it)

I think an easy way to remember this would be

Autobiographies (writing about your own life) - primary source

Biography (Ex. A book about blah blah blah) - secondary source

I’m not sure if you get what I’m trying to say here but I hope it helps
